Body Count

Unlike other body counts related to the Halloween franchise, this page will mention deaths that were later retconned in subsequent films (i.e.: Michael & Loomis’ intended deaths in Halloween II). For characters who died in one continuity but are still alive in another (such as Marion Chambers), their death isn’t considered retconned in the numbers.

For some deaths that occurred off screen, there weren’t any good shots of the body, so I’ve used the last scene the character was in before they died, or I’ve posted the aftermath.

Where applicable, some characters’ deaths will show a second photo. This list is based off the theatrical cut of each film; alternate deaths can be found at the bottom of the page.
