Jamie Lee Curtis Directing a Horror Movie for Blumhouse

Exciting news! It was just confirmed earlier this evening that Jamie Lee Curtis is set to make her directorial debut with a horror film under Blumhouse’s label!

The film, entitled Mother Nature, is part of the three-year first-look deal that her label, Comet Pictures, have with Blumhouse. Blumhouse is the distributor of the David Gordon Green Halloween trilogy that involves Halloween (2018), Halloween Kills and Halloween Ends, so my hunch is the deal may have had something to do with her signing on for those films.
