Though, to our knowledge, the workprint and television cut of Halloween H20: Twenty Years Later have released most of the alternate, extended and deleted footage from the film, there are still scenes left unreleased.
The film originally featured a subplot of two cops investigating the kills from the beginning and correctly rationalizing they were the work of Michael.
Another scene originally showed the film being tied in with the three prior sequels that it later retconned away. There was a scene where a book report is given on the history of Michael Myers; in it, Laurie Strode finds out her daughter was taken hostage by Thorn and later died. This was in the treatment and several early drafts, but was deleted early on in production and was never filmed once it was decided to just make it a sequel to the first two.
